[solved]Interaction Server not connecting to Stat Server

Hello,
I'm new in this business so pls bare with me if I put stupid questions sometime thank you!
So I am trying to install the e-mail solution but Interaction Server is not connecting to my stat server and the reason that I see in logs is "Java Host Environment is not initialized". Here is the complete log.

Just a guess, have you configured the Stat Server Java sections? Has Java been properly initialised by the Stat Server (check the start up log file)?

seams like the problem with JRE on host mashine. Check next sequense

1.Did you already install JRE and enable it on Stat Server (I assume that you already have Java Extensions installed)?

2. in [statserver] section set enable-java=true ?

2. in [java-config] section 'jvm-path' should point to correct DLL.
on Windows:
jvm-path=C:\JAVA142\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll
(for Solaris it's libjava.so or libjvm.so)

Correct missing options and then restart StatServer and Interaction Server.

Thank you for your replays. I did all these in the statserver. Even imported settings from a server that is working but I still get [i]Java Host Environment is not initialized[/i]. I don't get it.
Looking in my add/remove programs I see installed:
- Java DB 10.3.1.4
- Java(TM) 6 Update 4
- Java(TM) SE Development Kit 6 Update 4
My path in jvm-path is correct [i]D:\Java\jdk1.6.0_04\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll[/i].
Is anything I'm missing? Do you need me to post here any of the log or configuration files?

I think the problem is in the JVM version. try to JDK 1.4 or 1.5

Yes, Timur is right. Stat server does not support jdk 1.6. Downgrade to 1.5.

Problem solved. After installing jre 1.5 everything works well.
