  • I have never seen anything like this YET. But, just to be on a safe side:
How did you get this error?
    What environment are you using?
    What version?
What does your Genesys VAR say?

  • ISysPref is a COM library that communicates with Config Server. I'd check the settings, such as port, server, etc.

  • Hello,

I am working with Genesys 6.1.
I have this error as I launch ICC Agent Starter.
If I add DN email Address to the places in Config Manager, I don't have problem. But if I had phone DN, I have this message :
    icccb_main\work\IsysPref\DnCollection.cpp (116)

  • If we miss out configuring the Switch with their respective TServers we may come across
"icccb_main\work\IsysPref\DnCollection.cpp (116)" error when we try to retrieve DN information from the config server.

In the same situation AgentStraterApp also displays error " Error : Isyspref.agentplace." and fails to start.

So check out each of the Switch properties in the CME. If any DN present in the AgentPlace belongs to a switch which does not have a TServer configured, then either we need to remove the DN from the Place or configure the switch with a TServer.
    Hope this helps.
