Status........................ A.S.A.P.
The version of WFM............ 6.1.0023
The version of StatServ....... 5.1.083
The version of TServer........ 5.16
Timezone used................. EET ("GMT+2")

Syndromes:
1. In the "DECISION SUPPORT/VIEW INTRADAY SCHEDULE" section (link) of Web Services, the time (current status) indicator comes one hour behind. The related namevalue pairs of ScheduleServer and WebServices61 applications have been checked out.
2. When the number of socket threads (connections) leads to 250, Configuration Server and hence the Scheduler Server, plus WebServices go down. Due to this reason, we have to restart Configuration Server and other WFM services.

Please, help me how to solve this problems mentioned above.

Thank you and best regards,

Lotus.

  • Hi
I recommend you go to the last GA version of WFM 6.1 (6.1001.04) or alternatively consult your Genesys personnel for WFM 6.5. will fix the web services/scheduler problem you have

As for the time lag I have seen this before, where do you see the problem occuring in adherence of the client or/and Web Services. There are quite a number of checks to make:
Check the setting in CME for the WFM apps
check the times of the hosts
lastly the setting on the client GUI/Configuration for the PBX switch that you have
As a note we use FST(GMT+1) and use daylight time offsets in the advanced section of the GUI

If all else fails contact Genesys Support, they do have some good people there for WFM. However be prepared to supply logs for DA and Statserver
