Hi,

I'm trying to use the stat    "Total_Calls_Answered_In_Threshold" however when I bring this through on CCPulse it does not give me anywhere to put in my time range in the template wizard ?!?

anyone got any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Can you post the definition of your statistic in Stat server?
