Genesys "How To..." Guides for Reporting?

Hello everyone!

I've been getting more and more requests to expand some of my Guides, specifically around the Reporting aspects. I wondered if it might be worthwhile creating some "How To..." Guides, to supplement the originals?  I was thinking of;

CCA (Stats, Objects, ETL, DMA Layouts, Table/View structure, Hyperion/Brio reports (Designer, On Demand and Broadcasts)
CCPulse+ (Stats, Objects, Views, Templates, Thresholds and Actions)

I'd rather not do this, if there is little interest - so I'd appreciate your feedback in the Poll...

Thanks!

Tony

I'll close this in a week - if the uptake isn't higher, I'll assume that it is not worthwhile providing an in-depth guide for Reporting.

  • Hi Tony,

    Long time no speak.

    What would be great is if you publish a best practise for CCA and CCP. For example, which of the standard reporting templates you'd deploy in CCA as standard.

    Keep up the good work,

    Pavel
