Hi,

Is there any way CCPulse can be run as a service?

Of course in that case login information should be pass to ccpulse via a command line or some other way....

please let me know if you have any idea...

Thanks Cavagnaro - I found the following as you said......

<type in the full path of CCPulse here...>CallCenter.exe user <username> pwd <password> app <CCPulse CME application name> ws <Workspace Name>
