hi there,
Caught is something wierd!!!!
at a site of implementation of Avaya Genesys Agent Desktop. the desktop freezes on network Fluctations. The Backup Tserver Comes into play. Most agents are connected back...but about 20% of the agents remain stuck. They are cleared only after the T sever restart.

Stat Server In Hot standby here. "clear stuck calls" is set as 'false'. This issue is intermittent, but somehow i cannot seem to convince myself that it will be a result of the network fluctuation.

Could anyone please tell me how the Genesys servers interact in a network fluctuation ?? what servers connect to what in Hot standby for Tserver and warm standby for Stat Server.

Agent desktop console used are : [/b]
GenAgentDesktop 2.1.3.26_avaya
Latest Version: 2.2.20.12_avaya

The exact step of events at the agent desktop are as follows:

Agent Login succesfully and starts his daily work.
network fluctuates
tserver switches over and agent desktop freezes.
agent logs out.
agent logs in and agent state is reflected as not ready instead of logged in or logged out.

Please do help ASAP!!!!
