OCM installation Error

Hi All,

I have installed OCM on my laptop and when i try to open the OCM it gives me run time error

" no matching typelib is registered, or registered information is invalid"

pls let me know what does this mean by

hi there,

sorry, never seen this message before.

but it seems not to be a genesys-related error. maybe reinstallation of OCM solves the problem.

To install OCM I think you have a prerequsite, some wizards I think - I remember something about it before.

Is MDAC already installed? Are you installing with FULL admin rights? Which OS are you using?

Hello,

I have faced the same issue,As I have been working with OB from past four Years.

"no matching typelib is registered".

Install the StarterApp-Activex Tool kit on your machine and check you will be able to open without issue.

RCA is typelib are not registered properly.
