Hello guys!
I'm having a problem with the interaction between Genesys and my recorder Eyretel. When I have an ACD call in progress, the recording is stopped 10 minutes to complete.
Analyzing the logs of the recorder, I realized that my CTI sent the event: GenesysSource, EventReleased.

Can help me figure out which parameter of the Genesys I set this time?

None, it is an event that your PBX causes, check the logs to determine from where it came from.
