VTO Port lockups...

Hi....



Has any one encountered a VTO port lockups with a combination of

Meridian switch, Meridian Lineside E1/T1 and Genesys VTO ?



Behaviour:

From time to time we can find vto ports that remain in busy state

( From statserver point of view ) and they can be released by calling

directly to the vto port.



Vto ports are configured as an extension not as an acd agent.
