How to display these tabs like autosuggest, notepad in GAD?

How to display these tabs like 'TAB_INTERACTION_INFORMATION_AUTOSUGGEST', OR "TAB_INTERACTION_INFORMATION_NOTEPAD",

There are two functions, selectTabbyName(name), hideTabByName(name) to select or hide them.
but, by default, these tabs are not hidden?
I know the appearence of them may depends on specific type of call, or status of call, like 'TAB_INTERACTION_INFORMATION_CAMPAIGN', OR 'TAB_INTERACTION_INFORMATION_CALLBACK',
but tabs like suggest or notepad, should be displayed by default?

Hi Kevin,

Tab Notepad is displayed only when GDesktop is connected to UCS (Universal Contact Server) as the notes are stored in UCS database.

Tab AutoSuggest is displayed only for multimedia interactions - emails - if there exist any suggested responses (based on Screening/Classification).
