Can you please extract the "decode" from the Options of the relevant StatServer?  These look like custom statistic names....

HI tony!

In technical reference guide it is given as

CampGrCurrElapsedWaitingAgentsTime:
DESCRIPTION
The time since the system condition Waiting Agents started for a specified
CampaignGroup. In this system condition, no agents are available
to run the campaign on this group and dialing has stopped for this
group. Note that if the CampaignGroup is not currently in this system
condition, the value of the statistic is 0.

But i could not understand difference between CampGrWaitingAgentsDuration and CampGrCurrElapsedWaitingAgentsTime:

where according to technical reference guide
CampGrWaitingAgentsDuration:
DESCRIPTION
The total time during which a specified campaign group has been in the
WaitingAgents system condition. WaitingAgents system condition indicates
that no agents are available to run the campaign and dialing has
stopped.

Smillarly for CampGrCurrElapsedSystemErrorTime and CampGrSystemErrorDuration

CampGrCurrElapsedWaitingRecordsTime and CampGrWaitingRecordsDuration

Sounds pretty much like the same statistic, doesn't it?  Here are my interpretations;

CampGrCurrElapsedWaitingAgentsTime is the current Time "slice" where no Agents have been available in the Campaign and dialling has stopped for that reason.  This will change/reset when an Agent becomes available.
CampGrWaitingAgentsDuration is the overall time during which no Agents were available in the Campaign, during which time dialling has stopped for that reason.  This will be appended (grow), as and when no Agents are available throughout the duration of the Campaign.

Simples! :)
