Has anyone used the Genesys VSS option or VTS (Voice Treatment Service? If so, do it do the job?

    Hi Jim,

    VTO (Voice Treatment Option) is a straightforward solution for playing prompts and collecting digits. It uses dialogicoards and it does the job for the above mentioned functionality.

    VSS is currently in technical release and will be available soon. It has the functions mentioned above + text to speech and database functions. The gui is much better and the is a possibility to use java or COM to build your own functions.
