Toolbar in Hyperion Thin Client

Hello everyone,
I am struggling with this issue and would be grateful for any advice.

If you open a canned report in Hyperion Server, using the thin html client (not the Insight plugin), there is a toolbar above the report sections. Using this toolbar, you can switch the report sections, export data and some other things. However, in the custom reports I designed from scratch this toolbar won't appear. Can anybody tell me, how to enable it, please?

I have browsed the Hyperion docu, tried to find the command in the canned reports, without any success.

Thanks

It should be there, because my custom reports has always had that toolbar within them. Could it be the access rights, which removes the toolbar, when not set properly for the user. Or maybe Intelligance iServer Options (in BQY properties in the hyperion thin client) are set so, that something odd happens..

Perhaps look in the Users profile in the settings in Enterprise Server itself?  Could be that you are using User credentials that do not allow editing...

Hi there!

>>> Access rights
Currently, I am using the default globaladministrator account to manage the system. Which, I believe, is the user with all the access rights possible. So I think the problem is somewhere else.

>>> Intelligence iServer Options
There are two options. One is actually to enable the HTML version of the report, the second one is Enable ADR, which enables sync between a BQY document saved on the server and its locally saved copy. I have checked other options, too, without success.

I'll keep trying. In case somebody has an advice, I'll be happy to read it :)

Cheers
