How to include Image in Standard Response

Hello
I want to know how I can add an Image in the Standard Response I have created in Knowledge Manager.
I had included an image in there, however, its path was mentioned as SRC="C:\Documents & Settings\Nishant\My Documents\S&P.bmp" which is on the same server as where the Knowledge Manager is installed.

Although I could see the image included in the Standard Response when I open the HTML tab of that Standard Response in Knowledge Manager and also in GAD when I insert that in the response email, but when that email is received by the customer, the image is not there. Instead it is replaced by a place holder. And that probably is because the image path is not accessible to the customer.

So how can I have a Standard Response that will include an image and it should be visible by the customer as well.

Regards
Nishant

Of course it will not display as the customer doesn't have the same image in the same path as in your server...unless he copies the image there. So, the only place you two share is the internet, so publish the image on some webserver and make the standard response point there, something like http://server.com/images/genesys/S&P.bpm (not sure if you can use & like that...try to use some standard names)...

But if you attach the image, cant you point your standard response html to that image? What if the receiver canīt access the internet?
