TSAPI TServer Error 'Generic subscribe resource availability error'

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with TSAPI TServer ; when the URS is sending requestroute call to TServer ; TServer unable to transfer th call to agent.

Following error occured 'Generic subscribe resource availability error'
TSAPI TServer Error Code '1180'

Please help me to resolved this error as Genesys CTI is unable to route calls.

Hi

Firstly what version of AES do you have and what version of the TSAPI client do you use?

Please ensure that your licensing on the AES is correct: This error normally occurs when there is not enough Advance licenses on the AES or the wrong type has been installed.

It can also be that your version of the TSAPI client is not compatible with the version of AES.

Thank you for your reply.

We have here S8800 with CM Version 5.2 and AES Version 5.2 with TSAPI Basic license.

We are using the TSAPI Client 5.2 , Agent is able to login to Genesys and monitored properly at Genesys end.

It seems that the issue is related to Avaya licenses.

Do u have any idea , as i read that adjunct route feature requires separate license.

I strongly believe that the issue is occuring because TSAPI basic doesn't support adjunct route feature.

I saw that at System configuration parameter following are the values.

ASAI Link Core Capabilites 'n'
ASAI Link Plus Capabilites 'n'
Computer Telephony adjunct links 'y'
Your comments would be appreciated.

Had the same issue due to Medium Advanced Licence availability on AES.
