OCM Importing and Exporting question?
« on: October 07, 2010, 03:22:29 PM »

I am using OCM 7.6
while exporting the calling list OCM saves the list as .rsl if i want to save it as a file
while importing the calling list OCM is looking for files with extension .lst
while they are both different
I am trying to export one calling list as a file and import the same calling list to another list

i am doing this because, when i tried to import the calling list from A to B, i don't see the calling list related to me.

When importing just select the drop down box and select the other file extension. The idea is to know how to differentiate which files you exported and which ones you prepared for importing

I tried it, no luck
OCM is not importing record from the saved list
when i tried it shows the system is processing records and after that, no records are in the calling list are updated
is it because of some table properties?
if yes can any one please tell me how to check table properties

I'm not sure you can simply export a results list (.rsl) and re-import it as a calling list.  A lot of the fields that are exported - Agent ID, Treatments etc are not required in the list to be imported.

You can unless the table is not empty. If so you need to some modifications. Check the .rej file on OCM installation folder so you can check what is going wrong with your import.
