upgrading oracle DB

Need some help here,
what kind of measures we need to take from genesys side regarding oracle DB upgrade.
its a minor DB upgrade from one version to another version,
what should a gensys team member should do

Your DBAs should make backups of everything before they start, do the upgrade and ensure that all the schemas and their objects are still available afterward.

The only thing you need to check is that the version of DBClient you are using is compatible with the new version of Oracle.
