Hi,

I have a Agent Desktop application which is getting disconnected automatically from the Tserver if its idle (didn't get any call) for 60 mins.

Another interesting  thing is it was working properly in the previous windows host but stopped working after we moved the Tserver app to a different host.

I have verified in CME for the Timeout and Checked in the Switchbut we didn't have any time out defined .

The same issue is replicated with the Genesys Softphone too and observed Event Server disconnected message in the logs which seems to a disconnect issue with T-Server.Even checkd for the Firewall settings too but that also didn't help.

Please any one suggest on this.

Hi Cavagnaro,

While i was going through the MS Knowledge base, I have observed the HTTPS Request being closed by IIS but here i am refering to the TCP-IP Connection between the App and the Tserver.

So can you please confirm me what was the request and how it was resolved . It may helped in my case too.
