Stat Server limitations for historical statistic?

Hi,

We want to deploy new routing strategies and our integrator said us that with one stat server, we don't have to calculate more than 400000 - 450000 statistics (agent, queue, virtual queue, ...) per 15 minutes for historic purpose. Is it true?
He said also that he prefers not to install more than one stat server (too much complicated to implement).

If we want more than 450000 stats, we have to go on InfoMart wihch is not the same project!

Is anybody have experience on that subject?
PS: I'm french so if you want to reply in french, you can do it!!

Hi,

There is no reason why you can't have multiple stat servers. If he says that is too complicated then I suggest you get a new SI; one that knows what they are doing.

Genesys and their SIs are pushing Infomart which is very expensive and not necessary some of the time.
