Hi can someone help me with this one pls :)
I am trying to add a threshold to SDNA.NotReadyFor Next Call so that (from 15min to 45min) it will changed to a defined colour but i just cant get it to work.  ???
(Is there any one that can help me make this thresholds?

For a temp solution i just made a new stat Notready for next call and added thresholds to that, but i would like to get the SDNA.NotReadyFor Next Call working. :'(
