Is possible to write in list objects from IRD

I want to make an IVR application that will update some values in the list objects, if possible For example a supervisor wants to enable an overflow for his team. He calls no 555 and chooses the option enable overflow. A value from a transaction list is changed from 0 to 1 and overflow is activated. All is good but I can't find a function to update a KVP. Is there such a thing?

This would give me the option not to give every supervisor access to CME, even if I can apply policies would be much nicer with an IVR.

it's not possible to uipdate the list objects from strategy. but you can create any own custom table in sql and use it for stoer such "support" options.

If you have not done so already, you might want to look into the Genesys Administrator application. It is a thin-client application that provides access to the configuration (similar to configuration manager) but you can set up "roles" that will let you show or hide various options based on the role of the person.
In this case, you could hide most everything but the Transactions (or other things they might need to see).
