Question for those in the know...

Scenario: We have our Config servers in an HA configuration. The Primary CS is stopped.

Problem: If the application is not started from Solution Control Interface, the application cannot connect to the backup Configuration Server, because it does not have the backup CS configuration in the command line options, and the Primary CS is not available to direct the app to the backup.

Question: Is anyone aware of a command line option that allows a backup Configuation Server to be specified, so if the application starts in a manner other than via SCI (for example, server reboot), the application can connect to the backup CS?
