Hi guys,
do you have any idea on how to listen to the recorded voice files of dialogic recorded files for CPD??? I'm trying with Audacity and Cool Edit Pro and can't find the correct combination of settings even with the documentation 8000hz, 8bps mono. Any idea???

Thanks!

Could the dialogic files have headers and/or be in a proprietary format?

I used to use a program called VoxStudio to convert files to and from the Nortel OpenIVR (VoiceTek) proprietary format into WAV. They were Dialogic files, but they had header information in them, and therefore were not readable as a "normal" dialogic file.

You couldn't edit, but you could do batch conversions in and out of the proprietary format so you could edit with CoolEdit, etc.
