Have been playing around with this but can't seem to get the Gplus to establish a connection to CME from Dynamics.  Only error I'm getting is what is below.  The application was created from the 7.6 template and shows 3rd party server, not application which i've read had some issues in previous versions.  Anyone run into this  ???

Also, in the CME Gplus application, I don't really have anything in Start Info; Working Directory, Command line, Arguments as I can't really find what to put in here so I just have " - ".  So in SCI the Gplus application is stopped and could be my problem.  Any ideas to what paramaters are needed here?

Hi Mike,

What exact version of Gplus do you have? I'm asking as there was at least one installation package of Gplus coming with wrong application template (wrong app type).

It's 7.6.1 done as manual installation.  Downloaded from Genesys Monday.  The template is third party server and not application.  Should the app show started in SCI?  Not sure what to put in CME object properties since install was manual and there is no service or exe.

Hi Mike,

I saw your post in the [i]Problem with GPlus 7.6 for MS CRM 4.0[/i] thread. Application type is stored in 'cfg_application' table, column 'type'. You should see there value 23 that means Third Party Server. Value for Third Party Application is 22.

Hi Mike,

It's correct that you see 23 as application type is Third Party Server. However, it seems that Gplus adapter expects application type Third Party Application (22). You can try to change it directly in the database (restart of Configuration Server will be needed) or re-import the application template provided by installation package and change app type to Third Party App before saving the template. You must re-create Gplus application afterwards as well.

Well that did something different, thanks, not sure why I didn't think of that. ;)  Getting user organization setup errors now but I will poke around to see what configuration is missing that is causing this.
