One-sided voice communication & disabled recording with SM

Hi, friends!
While deploying platform except other problems (with greetings to René ;)) ) I had stumbled upon one problem - one-sided voice communication & disabled recording with SM.
One-sided voice communication means that in test call after successful playing announcement, selecting agent (me) and establishment of a connection, my college could hear me, but I couldn't. Then I tried to look up a recording of our call and couldn'n find anything.
I tried to change many of configuration options of SIP and SM applications but it didn't help(
I suppose that for solving this problem it requires cfg files of applications above so here it is...

I hope very much that you will help me!

Thanks in advance!!!
Regards, Grum.

I can't download the config files, but for the recording issues I'd advice to check your VoIP DN Service. You should have a VoIP DN Service configured to provide recording functionality.

As for the one way audio issue I'd get wireshark traces from both end-points and look for the RTP packets, usually this is a firewall problem or something like that. You may want to try dialing your colleague directly without going through SIP Server and see if you still has the same issue, for example you can use XLite without registering to SIP Server and dial something like 1111@<your colleague IP Address>, provided your colleague's XLite is configured as 1111.

HTH.

Kind regards,
Franklin.
