insertion time on the DB

Dears
I have noticed that Genesys applications are inserted the records in the DB with deference 2 hours ( -2 hours)

noting that the date/time on the server and DB is OK
noting that the application installed at UNIX and Oracle version is 10g

Are the servers configured in the same timezone?

Dears,

The applications and DB server is the same and the time zone is GMT
