Updates to the next edition of The Handbook...

Hi All,

I've taken feedback on board (yes - I do listen!) and I'll be adding quite a bit more to the next edition of [i]The Handbook[/i].  What I have heard is that [i]The Handbook[/i] is "ok" for [i]newbie techies[/i] - but it doesn't have much for [b]business and technical managers[/b].

So - the next edition will include whole new sections, just for them.  It will include; the major Solutions, what they are, what they can do for a business, how you can realise ROI, the cost model and links to on-line resources.  It will also have sections on Professional Services, Managed Services and peripherals for businesses.

A long way from the [i]Rough Guides...[/i] the next edition will be be something you can use yourself - and also take back to your business and/or technical managers, so that they can appreciate and understand just what Genesys can do for them.    Hopefully, it will make your job easier when it comes to explaining what Genesys is, to a business audience...

I hope to have it available in the next few days - watch this space...
