Dear All

I have project need to use genesys Tserver and SIPServer to link up Avaya(CTI link and SIP trunk).
But the client ake me that provide Avaya need to buy any hardware and license to do that link up?
Have any brother can help to answer this question?

Strange to have to ask this here...wouldn't be your Presales team or Avaya team to ask to? There are licenses always involved, SIP Trunks, CSTA enabling, etc. but hard to determine without knowing the customer base

For SIP integration with Avaya you need Avaya SES (or more likely Avaya Session Manager) and SIP trunk licensed on Avaya Communication Manager.

SES is not necessarily needed. You can directly connect Avaya Mediagateways to SIP Server.
