WfM Web Supervisor....

Yep - another WfM question... :)

IN WfM Configuration Utility I've set up a series of Activities against a single Unit - each Activity contains Skills, Stats and Agents.
On the WfM Web Supervisor I have tried to apply the Activities to the Unit on a Forecast Template - but the Activities are not (pre)listed when I try to create a New Forecast Template against the Unit.

The Environment was restarted yesterday evening to see if it would clear the problem but it doesn't seem to have had any effect.

Has anyone come across this before?  Is there maybe a step I need to complete that I am missing...?

Thanks everyone!

WfM Config Utility = 7.6.101.04
WfM Web Supervisor = 7.6.100.57

  • Ha - another "undocumented feature" within WfM.... :)

If you name the Business Unit with the same name as the Sub-Unit, WfM calls for "Virtual" Activities instead of calling for actual Actvities.

If you name the Business Unit with a suffix of (for example) "NAME_UNIT" and the Sub-Unit (for example) "NAME", then WfM calls for the "Virutal" Activities at the Sub-Unit level and they will appear on your list, when setting up a Template.

    Thanks Joris! :)
