In Genesys reporting, is there a way to report on the agent's login and logout time and/or frequecy? I know that you can report on the logout time in 15 minute chunks, but the business side is looking for each time the agent logs in and logs out. (For example, if an agent logs in and out 3 times in a 15 minute period, the current reports show the total time they were logged out, but does it show the time for each "logged out" period?)
