Basicly two video agents can call each other directly, without routing strategy.

I create a routing point, then a routing strategy. In my strategy i would like to route every call to an Agent, then i upload this strategy to the routing point. When i call this RP, nothing is happen but i can hear, that my call rings.

In IRD my strategy is ready and loaded without errors. In the IRD Monitoring section the entered call number is 0.

Call from: 1112 to 1001. Log:

Sorry for my fault, i forgot install the routing server and in the SCI i saw a warning by the server info: x x x :D
Now the call enters into URS.  8)

Another problem, when i load a strategy (routing to agent group) on to the RP, every call is abandoned in IRD and these calls dont ring by the agents. But when i set the default routing to an extension, it works after 10 sec. So i think, my routing system works.

I have to set up the agent group with agents, its ok.
In my strategy i use a simple selection object to route calls to an agent group.

Any idea?

With another routing strategy based on skills, in urs logfile i can see that my agents are not ready, but my agents are online.

Your agent might be on-line but not-ready.
Look at CCPulse to see if your agent is ready.

Hi,

but when i set the default DN (an agents extension) on the routing point, it works after the 10 seconds what i configure on the routing strategy's selection object.
Okay, i will install CCPulse and i look these things.

i installed CCPulse, and i saw my agents, they are really not logged in. But, they are on line because they can call each other directly.

Can you help me whats the problem?

I tried to monitoring places, extensions.
If I call from SIP agent (X-Lite client) 1112 an another agent who is 1113, i can see the call in CCPulse on this DN -s, screenshot:

But, the Agents have not logged status. So, when i want to call a route point, the strategy doesnt work, only the default DN will work on the RP. On the SIp Client i set only the Domain (SIP Server IP) and User ID (Extension).

Probably resolved:

Missing Agent Login process.
In Genesys, the registration of SIP Endpoint and login/logout/ready/not ready for an agent are 2 different things.

If you want to make an agent available for routing (URS: using skills, agent groups, agent names, ....), you need to log him in using a Genesys toolbar (Genesys Agent Desktop, Genesys Interaction Workspace or any toolbar based on our SDKs). The login process is done via T-Library protocol.

I dont have Agent Desktop so i have to get one. Thanks for all.
