Hi all,

i configured "push video" service, but when on Genesys Desktop I click to this feature, the softphone client says: waiting for remote video... ... ... When i switch back the agent video, it works. I configured it according the Genesys Desktop guide, SIP deployment guide, Stream manager guide. The SIP server log says:

Alex,

SIP Server complains about missing MCU. Please define new MCU as described in Deployment Guide.

Hi René,

i configured the mcu service with the following TServer options:

contact - sip:10.35.37.10:5060
prefix - conf=
service-type - mcu

Now i looks better, but not enough good, the Event Error is the same. The logfile says:

Are SIP Server and Stream Manager running on the same box? If yes, on what port is SIP Server listening for SIP Traffic?

Hi fnunezsa,

yes, they are running on the same host, SIP Server is listening for SIP traffic on port TCP 5060 (default, i think). There are VoIP Service DN -s for treatments and video service-type with contact option sip:10.35.37.10:5065.

Does it help?

Hi Alex,

I did quick check of your log and Stream Manager returns 404 Not found error. Could you please check Stream Manager log why it sends this error (missing file?)?

You have stated:
Hi fnunezsa,

And:
i configured the mcu service with the following TServer options:

Which one is the correct one?

Your MCU service cannot be configured with contact - sip:10.35.37.10:5060 as 5060 is SIP Server listening port.
