CCPulse not showing all logged in agents

Hi All,

I have a problem with CCPulse where it's not showing all agents in Dynamic View of an Agent Group (not VAG). As shown in screenshot, the agents in the red box are not showing up on the right hand side pane. I have cleared all thresholds on the View but it remained the same. I have made sure MaxNumberOfAgents is set to a number bigger than the number of agents in the view. Any idea why this is happening?
ccpulse version is 7.5.100.21 and statserver 7.6.000.18.

Thanks.

Check the release notes for CCPulse, Config Server and Stat Server as I seem to remember some fixes around this area for changes in VAGs not getting reflected in real-time

@borkokrz
Yes they are logged on agents. If I create a new dynamic view then the grid in the new view will show all agents.

@genesysguru
have checked the release notes of ccpulse, there is actually one fixed isue related to this. but i already have the latest update. it seems like the views are somehow corrupted by previously applied actions/thresholds. even after I cleared all, the problem would still stay. reloading ccpulse does not help too.

Try deleting your threshold and actions files.

So why not do that?  :-\
