Ok, so...
again, when you hit Dial it can call a function like SearchCustomer(vPhone) where vPhone is the number that your agent is dialing so this will call your CRM application (via web if you want) and show to the agent the customer data or customers that matches that query.
No need of OCM anywhere...

At this point  I really don't know whether the softphone will be able to interact with the CRM, we are trying to reach aria team to find out. if softphone lets us create a search function to display data both on softphone as well as CRM that makes it easy. let me see what happens.
