Hi guys,
On a customer site I have an issue with GAD that is not showing correctly the special characters we use in spanish (á é í ó ú ü ñ). But on my lab it does work fine...I have no idea where to look at...can you please point me to where could I look at?
I attach a sample screenshot, please look at the blue remark.

Thanks

I think that this is related to the languages installed on the PC. You probably have the Spanish language loaded and American English is loaded by default.

So it is an agent PC issue? You mean by keyboard languages?

I think it is an agent PC issue. I'm not sure about keyboard language though as that just changes the key mapping.

What should it say in the box? Could there be some formatting that GAD can't handle?

should say Transacción.
At my lab it does work fine so I don't think it is a limit of GAD

Hi Cav,

Screenshot shows chat interaction so I would check configuration of chat web application as well. If web application uses different character set than Genesys Chat Server and/or GDesktop then characters will be displayed incorrectly.
