[Error code 1141] Request Complete Transfer rejected

I encounter an error 1141 when I try to perform a call tranfer :

Have you any idea to solve it ?

1. Check the exact message coming from the CTI link.
2. Verify that that the type of transfer you are trying to perform is supported by the switch TServer is connected to.

seems like you're trying to complete the transfer but the call either does not exist any more or is not on hold any more. full TServer log will help to figure out what state is the call really in, including the message received from the switch

I use T-Server for Alcatel A4400/OXE and I think that all types of call transfer are supported.

You have to get you OXE Admin to take a look into this one.

4) At this point there seems to start some kind of loop: attribute "-- recycled" is seen from this point on until 12:56:11
5) At 12:56:11 " -- recycling limit reached!" is seen in logs
6) Request is rejected by OXE:

OXE Admin should pay attention to the loop that last around 8 seconds

You are transferring to an external number, right?
On OXE you should check:

1. Connection Category for your agent and your Trunk
2. If you are using another trunk to do the transfer also check the parameter "DTO Join" set to true on the Trunk Groups.

This is absolutely an OXE issue
