Assign Service Type to Outbound Calls

I am trying to report on transfer or conferences that leave our Genesys CTI environment.  I wanted to assign each destination a ServiceType and then report on them using the Interaction Volume Service Type reports available in Interactive Insights.  My plan was to send the call to a route point where the Service Type could be attached and then use TRoute to dial desired number. 

When looking at the Interaction Handeling Report it looks like everything is working properly.  However numbers aren't pegging in the Interaction Volume Report.

We are using URS 8  and Infomart/Interactive Insights 8.  Any ideas?
