CPA on Genesys Media Server

We are trying to setup a demo to show call progress analysis being done on the new Genesys Media Server. Currently, our Outbound demo is working fine without CPA (immediate transfer on established). Plus the Media Server is playing the music on hold without a problem.
When we enable CPA on MCP all calls get stuck on MCP until the call is cleared by the called party (abandoned). No calls are being transferred.
We have checked with wireshark on the Media Server and the audio (RTP) is flowing normally.
Since the Media Server deployment guide is kind of lacking on the subject of CPA, I appreciate any hints you may throw our way as we are about to drop the subject entirely.
Tech details: Genesys Media Server indirectly with SIP Server (G8.1) and Alcatel-Lucent OXE as a SIP media gateway. OCS (8.1). Agent use custom platform SDK and SIP Endpoint SDK for softphone.

Hi there,
Sorry you're having trouble - do you have additional details you could share with me?  Are you working directly with anyone from Genesys?  The MS configuration needs to be localized for a particular country's telephony - the default shipping configuration is for North America.

How do you 'localize' the mediaserver cpa ?
The mediaserver allows 10 customized tones, but why genesys did not give localized option during deployment is strange..
we are experiencing the same problem, and it would appear the issue is caused by the media server having north american tones as default.
The documentation hasnt caught, neither has the technical support site, so the only choice left is to log with genesys or partner.
