I am faceing below while conecting the Genesys communication server  from siebel.
if any body know about this Isuue plz update me to : surya@chamber.org.sa

Did you copy the files from GPlus to Siebel?

siebel server was installed in Solaries box (64 bit)& Gplus Communication server is installed in Window box (64 bit).

I  installed only Communication server & Voice components (because of siebel application running in Solaries Box); and moved all driverd files in siebel server  lib folder . we did not installed GP configuration components .

we modified .dif file accordingly with inputs of genesys vendor.
so when i trying to loging the siebel application Agent login it is giving error

"Unable to create a Driver object from driver GenCommDrv with Media-Type-String v"


plz tell me what is exact error

It will not work as (obviously) as Windows libraries cannot be used on Solaris... You must temporarily install Gplus Communication Server on Solaris and use libraries from this installation.

Its working fine now. problem is at Genesys communication server invalid Paramenter Set at communication Server in Genesys.
