Job_ExtractICON can't extract configuration data from IDB to GIM infomart.

After Job_InitializedGIM, I run Job_ExtractICON mannually in Admin console to extract configuration data from IDB,  which was completed instantly.
then I checked GIM db, there is no any configuration Data extracted.
is there anyone experiencing similar issue?

Hi,
The dates in the log are quite old, so this appears to be referencing some config items that have been in the solution for a while.
You mentioned this is Icon Config right?
If this is not synchronised, you will get errors although I have not encountered that particular error.
If this is Icon Config, I suggest that you either resynchronise the data (and the procedure is in the Icon manual) or stop and start Icon Config. This will also do a resynchronise. Ensure that at the end of the log after starting Icon Config, that there is a message "All config items loaded" (something like that, it will be obvious as it will be at the end of the last config item that has loaded.
After synchronisation, try and rerun the ETL jobs. If this fails, post the Icon logs and the GIM logs or raise an SR with Genesys.

hi, have you found a solution?

i'm faced with similar situation, but gim says:

gim 8 is totally different from 7.6 ;(
