Our TServer Logs show repeat events of the following type, which have only started in the last month and is impacting on Softphone functionality. It seems to be a Switch problem, but just to be safe, has anyone seen this before??

It is a Avaya/Nortel PABX.

I know it is coming from the PABX but just want to be sure that the TServer is not misinterpreting what it is recieving.

Nicko,

Please ensure that you are using supported switch version - T-Server version combination. If you are then I would recommend you contacting Genesys Support as they are the only one able to check what is wrong.
