[Resource Manager] Critical Error - VGRefCount.h:56 Assert!

Sometime I encounter an issue with Resource Manager which leads her crash:

I found this in release note :

Currently, I use Resource Manager release 8.1.401.67.

Do you know how to upgrade genesys component ?
- Reinstall entirely the component (Template + Software) ?
- Reinstall  software only ?

Hi,

I would recommend you contacting Genesys Technical Support to ensure that your issue is really solve in 8.1.5xx.xx release.

About upgrade - you should uninstall existing release, install new one and carefully check application options as you are moving from 8.1.4xx.xx to 8.1.5xx.xx release. And it would be good to get confirmation from Genesys Tech Support that mixing GVP 8.1.4 and 8.1.5 components won't cause any issues...
