How to initiate an ip call through genesys?

I suggest you talk to your Genesys Systems Integrator.

You can not be serious or even kidding.

I don't really know your job function or what are you trying to do. I'd recommend first ask your Genesys saler to do a simple presentation with GENESYS DEMO DOCTOR. Tell him that and demand it. It will show you a small lab with ALL Genesys functionalities then you can have a better idea of what you are doing. Go and visit existing installations. Read documentation of previous projects your company had. Visit customers. Or go and get a basic training...if your employeer is one of those that send you to the battlefield without ammo then you are going to have a very hard time.
You just can't throw yourself to this big sea without knowing what H2O2 is...
