No! there's not 'a' call flow, possibly dozens depending on integration, configuration, routing etc. and as we keep recommending, before posting comments here, Genesys classes, SIP fundamentals, Tony's guides and this forum old threads should be digged.

SIP fundamentals - google! any basic course / website / manual
Tony's guide  - it's the first thread, in bold, of the forum section where you've opened this thread..
