Genesys studio Barge type "Hotword"

Hi,

I have developed an application with Genesys Studio(Customer recognition by DNI), and tried use the bargeintype="Hotword" with "DTMF" and "voice", both with two external grammars (digits 0...9) in "Input Box".

In my test when I put a DTMF tone not covered in my grammar, should not cut the speech, however the speech is cut. I understand that only cut the call if the input digits (DTMF)  is covered by the grammar.

If my test is with voice it is ok, but only is correct when I say a single word.

My question is if I can use "bargeintype = Hot Word" with DTMF tones, and if I can use "bargeintype = Hot Word" with various DTMF tones and several words.
