Has anyone out there tried using any reporting package other then Brio out there? I'm thinking of playing around with impromptu or crystal to try pulling reports out of the CCA datamart. Curious to know if anyone is doing this.

Thanks

In this case you loose RGA or you have to have use both Brio (for RGA) and other reporting tool for the rest.

You know, I never was able to properly use RGA. Whenever I used it, my report would not allow me to click on the date or data buttons of the template, where we can set the data and also the agents we want the report to be generated for...

Has anyone had this kind of trouble?

  • YES Vic, you are not the only person who have problems...
I always have problems with RGA on certain report custom layouts I create, I could say that only 2% of the layouts I create works properly.
Others have problems because Genesys cannot create a "Table Alias" or because on the report I can't select any data because Report Assistant section DOESN'T APPEAR.

This is a bug confirmed by Genesys and I'm WAITING for the FIX

Have you ever tried to export your summary level results? I export the results to an Excel format, then dump the file into Access where I have my own reports written against the data.
