ICON - anybody know anyhing?

hi,

trying to generate reports out of ICON. Does anyone know, where i can find info on

-the model for call and participating parties
-what events there are, what they mean, how they are stored
-where to find what

I have a partial documentation named "ICON8_Phys_Data_Model.pdf". I have experience with large databases and SQL. After a 4 days of research I have some basic insight now, but I need help. Is there a thread for this? Is there a forum for this? This is not about the deployment or the use of a Genesys product, this is about interpreting whats going on in ICON.
