Hi Team,

I want to reduce extension to extension timeout to 30 sec or 60 sec .

Please suggest me how to do this.

i tried "extn-no-answer-timeout=15" parameter in SIP Tserver but its not working.

Thanks

We are using SipTServer 8.1. For example, i have two sipaccounts(two extensions), 3000 & 3001.

Am initiating internal call from 3000 to 3001. If there is no response on 3001, its keep ringing for 180 sec’s & then the call is disconnecting.

But customer want to reduce that ringing timeout to 60sec. So the internal calls will be ringing for 60sec & if no answer, then the call will disconnect.

[color=blue]I also have this same requirement.

During the internal calls( Extn to Extn calls), it should be ringing 60 sec. If no answer within 60sec, the call should disconnect.

How to achieve this?  Anyone pls help

Set internal calls as business and then the parameter for not-ready-action will work
