What can explain that using the same ccpulse template with agent group and all members of this group, the two view show different statistics ?

For example, the total number of answer call is 100 for agents group and the sum of answered calls of each members of this group equals 92.

Have you any idea ?

Thanks.

The cause of this "issue" can be a lot of things. It depends on your configuration of dedicated statistics. As first, did you use for both view same statserver? For further analyse is necesarry to find call which is not counted to that stat and look why (bad filter, bad call flow, etc.) Withou any deep description and your steps ,is not possible to get any hints to you.

There are only one StatServer, the template is the same with the same stat and the same filter.
My problem was raised once with real time statistics only : historical statistics show the same value in the two cases (the highest value between the two real time view).

Is it possible that StatServer did not aggregating or adding all data before send them to CCPulse ?

Can StatServer make bad real-time calculation without impacting the historical data?

Without necessary logs (StatServer,TServer) is not possible to say what was the cause of that issue.

Huge analysis task, i don't think somebody who is not paid will do that job...You need to understand statistics first, for example, how AG stats are made.
If an agent belonged at some point to the AG and then removed the stats will remain on the AG. So at the end of the month you will have 100 calls but if you sum all agents will have 92, where are the other 8? On that individual agent that was removed.
Analyze all your configurations and relations between objects.
